the BEST wearable breast pumps of 2026
As a lactation professional and mom who has exclusively pumped for baby #1 in 2018,
50/50 breast and pumping with #2 in 2021, &
currently exclusively nursing baby #3 (with pumping just to store)
I have some opinions on wearable pumps. And mind you, when I say wearable I mean ones you stick in your bra. For the sake of this blog, I will be focusing primarily on wireless wearable breast pumps. I will mention some with cords. As a lactation professional, I also need to advise you that I will always stand behind recommending a wearable pump as a secondary pump as they usually do not remove milk as efficiently and effectively as a primary pump would. (Spectra, Motif, etc.) Of course please be mindful that every mom is different.
So which one is the best out of all? There is no one right answer. Every woman responds differently and has different needs. But let’s breakdown and compare the specs of each. As I tell all my moms, please look at other breast pump reviews from TRUSTED sources. These are my PERSONAL and professional insights. No sponsored reviews on here to make one pump seem better than other. Just my thoughts. I do earn commission from most of these, if you would like to purchase directly from this blog, I would appreciate it so much! Let’s gooooo.
P.S. with all of these pumps I used lubrication spray I linked one you can get here (this can help with friction— making pumping more comfortable)
THESE ARE IN NO PARTICULAR ORDER OF BEST/WORST. You can see my personal ranking on my “The Shelf” highlight on IG @themilknest.

My thoughts
Great for elastic nips. I know the price can make someone do a double take. But if you saw my video review. With everything that it comes with, it is awesome. The only thing I will say is I had to use a Willow insert as I have elastic nipples as the ones LACEVO carries are on the shorter side for me. The settings are also shorter in interval. My body reacts better to a longer pull. (if you own a Spectra, think cycle 46 vs a 54) overall not a bad pump as you can tell the founder poured her heart into this.
I’m unsure if this code is still active but you can try THEMILKNEST to save 10% on their website.
Willow Go
Price
$349.99 for the double-pump kit, though occasionally discounted
What’s Included & Washable Parts
Included in the kit:
2 pumps
2 flanges (21 mm) + 2 flanges (24 mm)
2 milk containers (5 oz) — reusable (can upgrade to 7 oz containers separately)
2 container backs, 2 pump diaphragms, 2 duckbill valves
2 USB charging cables
Washable parts (per side): 5 pieces — flange, milk container, back, diaphragm, duckbill valve (pump motor unit is wiped, not washed)
Milk Capacity & Containers
Comes with 5 oz containers per side.
For moms who pump more, 7 oz containers are available separately.
Suction Strength (mmHg)
Max suction reaches around –280 mmHg per side.
That gives you a range from gentle to fairly strong.
Modes & Settings
Two main modes: Stimulation and Expression.
Adjustable suction levels: typically 6 levels in Stimulation, 9 levels in Expression.
You adjust modes and suction with buttons on the pump (or through the app in many cases).
Noise, System & Battery / Power
Considered quiet and discreet, far less noisy than traditional pumps, though not totally silent. 50 decibels.
Runs on rechargeable battery. Claims vary: some say up to 5 pumping sessions per charge, though others recommend expecting around 3 sessions depending on suction level and usage.
My thoughts
I think Willow as a company themselves are trust worthy. I mainly used these pumps in the beginning of my breastfeeding journey with baby #3 because of the 7 oz container option. The breast pumps have a similar rhythm to the Spectra s1/s2 in my opinion. I won’t lie, in the beginning I had to play around with the settings since I wasn’t getting “emptied” (not that your breasts are ever truly empty) but after some setting adjustments and time, they worked great. I am unable to do the fridge hack with them which is a bummer in my opinion but overall I beleive these pumps are great and less of a hassle to get to work successfully for a mom versus the Willow 360’s. The app is easy to use as well which I appreciate it. The tunnel is AMAZING and LOOONG which is what I look for for elastic nipples. I absoluelty am a fan for their inserts. I love that they/re long as well. The splashguards that they recently added were a nice touch!
Momcozy V1 Pro
Price
Around 200 USD
What’s Included & What You Wash
Includes:
• Two milk-collector cups (one per side)
• Two plastic flanges w/ silicone outlining + inserts (17 mm, 19 mm, 21 mm, and a main 24 mm flange) for sizing flexibility
• Valves / seals / outlet connectors
• Tubing and motor unit (motor is not washed)
• USB charging cable and manual/guide
Washable parts:
• Milk collector cup / container - built in diaphragm
• Flange
• Duckbill valve
So per side that’s 3 main milk-contact pieces to clean (cup, flange, valve), which keeps cleanup simpler than many full pump systems.
Milk Capacity
• The milk collector cup is listed as about 7.8 oz (≈ 230 ml) capacity.
• For many moms this gives enough room for a full pumping session without needing to stop mid-pump. (win!)
Suction Strength (mmHg)
• Up to about 300 mmHg suction strength
• Allows for strong suction when needed, but you can adjust intensity & rhythm for what works best for you
Modes & Settings
• Includes 3 modes: Stimulation, Expression, and Mixed mode
• Offers 15 suction levels
•Also let you adjust cycling speed / rhythm frequency (how fast suction cycles happen)
Noise Level & Pump Feel
• Reported noise around 48 dB, which is reasonably quiet for a wearable pump.
• Because the motor is slightly separate (tubing + motor design), it tends to feel lighter on the breast — which many moms find more comfortable than heavier “in-bra” motors.
My thoughts
This honestly is not a bad pump. I could potentially even see it be used as a primary. Not only reason it didn’t work for me was due to the tunnel in the cups. With elastic tissue, I had to find a way to “hack” it for it to be the most comfortable. I have the full review here.
Medela Magic In Bra
Price
$399.99 for the double-pump kit
What’s Included & Washable Parts
• Two fully assembled wearable pumps (one for each breast)
• Two sets of breast shields — 21 mm and 24 mm included (18 mm optional for purchase)
• Yellow milk valves & yellow container membranes + grey shield membranes
• Two USB-C charging cables
Washable parts per side:
• Milk container / cup
• Breast shield (flange)
• Valve & membrane
• Seal / shield membrane
Milk Capacity
• About 5 ounces (≈ 150 mL) per breast container.
• As with any pump, you can stop and empty mid-session if needed, then resume.
Suction & Operation
• Uses sensor-controlled suction with Stimulation and Expression phases.
5 vacuum levels in the Stimulation Phase
10 vacuum levels in the Expression Phase
• The suction pattern is “designed” to mimic the rhythm of a nursing baby: quick, gentle sucks to trigger letdown, then slower, deeper suction to express milk.
• The pump automatically switches between Stimulation and Expression based on milk flow — you can not manually change modes mid-session. 300 mmHg.
Noise, Comfort & Design
• Very quiet — around 38 dB - look at my thoughts below though for this
• Ultrа-slim, anatomical design with 105° angled breast shields to fit comfortably and reduce compression on the breast.
• Lightweight: about 7 ounces (~200 g) per pump — among the lightest wearable pumps.
• Transparent top-view design and night mode (tunnel light) to align nipple (in beginning only from what I have tried)
My thoughts:
See the full video review here. I wanted to like this pump. I used Medela in 2018 when I exclusively pumped with my first baby. But after that I have liked them less and less throughout the years. And it stinks because I believe they have so much potential compared to MANY of their competitors but they will not and have not listened to feedback from moms and lactation professionals on how they can better their products. You can lead a horse to water but can’t make it drink it. I suggest looking at the video review. Packaging is something that catches my eyes too when I open these pumps. Was disappointed and felt they threw their membrane/parts in there like spare change. I think any insert you use with these will be finicky. I had more success using their 18 mm hard flange and am bummed they don’t have anything lower since A LOT of moms are between 13-19 mm.
eufy S1 Pro with HeatFlow Technology + Case

(Some retailers sell it slightly lower depending on sales.)
What’s Included & Washable Parts
• Two wearable pump motors
• Charging case that holds extra power for on-the-go use
• Flange inserts sizes 17-21 mm
• Milk collection cups / containers
• Duckbill valves and diaphragms
• USB-C charging cable for case
• Cleaning brush and accessories kit
Washable parts per side:
• About 4 pieces — cup/container, flange, diaphragm, duckbill valve
This keeps cleanup relatively simple.
Milk Capacity
• Holds about 5 ounces per side.
Suction Strength
• Suction up to around 300 mmHg (adjustable across multiple levels).
You can go from gentle to strong depending on what feels right for your body.
Modes & Settings
• Multiple pumping rhythms available (often built into what Eufy calls OptiRhythm or smart rhythm presets).
• Around 7 suction intensity levels to choose from.
• Around 3 cycle speeds (how fast each suction cycle runs).
• Some versions let you customize rhythm patterns for what feels most natural.
Noise Level
• Runs around 46 dB, which is roughly like a quiet room or soft conversation.
It’s still noticeable but quiet enough for a living room, bedroom, or office.
Features:
• HeatFlow warming technology warms the flange area to help promote letdown.
• App control lets you adjust settings from your phone and save your favorite patterns.
• Charging case extends battery life so you can go for several days without plugging in.
My thoughts:
When this pump came out, it revolutionized breast pumps for the better. Heat flow technology and a charging case? I was shocked as a lactation professional and mom. To cut to the chase, this pump is awesome. Great for moms who are on the go or need to use when traveling. Some things though to mention, I do not like their inserts. I suggest you use either Willow inserts or Legendairy Milk inserts with these (elastic nip approved). The angle isn’t my personal favorite so when you put them on try to “latch” your pumps. When pouring milk, sometimes it gets “stuck” but I also found this with the e20’s and lansinoh discreet duo (probably since they’re similar in shape). The price point is something to be keen on. I understand full price is a bit much but compared to other pumps that basically give nothing, still not the worst price. I would wait for sales, though. This ranks the same shelf rank as the Willow Go’s & eufy e20’s (2nd rank- go to my ‘The Shelf’ highlight on IG) . I can’t say if it’s better or worse than those pumps. But what I will say is something like to Go would be great for a mom who doesn’t pump all the time but makes a decent supply (since Willow offer 7 oz containers) where as the eufy S1 pro would be a good choice for a mom who constantly uses her pumps each week (& everyday) who makes less no more than 5 ox each side (unless she’s okay pausing her pump and storing excess). Best used with app in my opinion.
eufy e20 with HeatFlow Technology

• Nipple measurement card
Washable parts per side:
• Four pieces to clean — cup, flange, duckbill valve, diaphragm

• Holds about 5 ounces per side
Suction Strength
• Up to about 300 mmHg
Modes & Settings
• Rhythm presets you can choose from in the Eufy app. Similar to s1 pro.
• Seven suction intensity levels
Noise Level
• Quiet and discreet at around 46 dB — similar to a soft fan or quiet room conversation
Features
• HeatFlow warming technology with three heat levels to help stimulate letdown and support milk flow.

'
My thoughts:
Just like the s1 Pro, amazing. The only difference between this pump and the s1 pro are that the s1 pro offers the charging case and more heat options where as the e20 offers 3 heating options. Same as the s1 pro’s, I would use Willow inserts or Legendairy Milk inserts instead of the ones that come with this one. Unless you truly believe the case would be a better add on, these alone are amazing and for the price, worth it. Best used with app & I would wait for them to go on sale. I have seen them as low as $140 USD.

My thoughts:
I tried really hard to get this pump to work. Yes, I was optimistic about this pump. But after so much trial and error it just did not work for me. But I know moms out there who absolutely love this pump. But I was able to get it to at least give me something, This pump very much gives Elvie pump components. So I had to hack this pump especially with my elastic tissue. If you’re having issues with this pump, I suggest using a Legendairy Milk insert OR if that is still not comfortable use a Lactek Flange (I cut about 1.5 cm off) and buy a 27 mm momcozy flange to combine and give you better results (look at my ‘hacks’ highlight on instagram!) Has an app which helps. Does have a bit of too many parts. Best for someone in an office setting where they can sit while pumping because they may leak if you lean.
UPDATE: I got these pumps to give me the best output it has after so much hassle. I used these short maymom 19 mm inserts in the 24 mm flange. Was it 100% comfortable? No. But it gave me better results and even “emptied” me.

Extra Features
• App control lets you adjust modes and save favorite patterns

My thoughts:
This is one of the most popular Momcozy pump choices. So much so that even Hailey Bieber shared about it. Don’t get me wrong, surprisingly even with the very short inserts I reacted better to this one over the m9. The tunnel is short hence making the inserts short. I asked my community their thoughts and about 75% expressed satisfaction. What I found was this: pumping with THEIR inserts for THIS specific pump wasn’t the most comfortable. And if I did use an insert, I used the Willow inserts but it did make the motor work HARDER (which can make your motor die out just an FYI). It’s not a horrible pump, but just wouldn’t be my first choice for moms for elastic tissue. Has an app option. Would not recommend as the ONLY pump you use if you exclusively pump.

• pump case that is rechargeable
• Battery lasts for multiple pumping sessions
• Auto shut-off after 30 min
My thoughts:
I had to give this pump some time for it to work for me. This is why your settings matter. Similar to the Lacevo, this pump had shorter interval speeds compared to a long tug. (Again, think 38 vs 54 cycle on Spectra— there IS a difference.) This pump does WAY better when using the app. I originally thought this pump wasn’t going to work for me due to the TUNNEL. But since the tunnel is long and there are no air ways blocking, I paired this pump with a Willow insert and fine tuned my settings, and got a way better result. I basically went back and forth between letdown and expression mode. I have a full video review here. Sometimes (not all the time) just like a shoe, let’s give a pump, a few tries while our bodies may need to adjust. The battery lasted so long with the case. The case makes it another awesome add on. Slimmest pump I have tried.
Medela Freestyle Hands Free Pump
Price
• Typically around $280 USD
What’s Included
• Pump motor (pill shape)
• Tubing
• Two collection cups
• Two flanges (21 mm and 24 mm)
• Membranes— silicone, yellow, and 1 piece
• Charging cable and power adapter
Milk Capacity
• Holds about 5 ounces per side.
Suction Strength
• Maximum suction is about 245 mmHg.
• This is a moderate suction range compared to many wearables.
Modes and Intensity Levels
• Two modes
• Stimulation
• Expression
• Up to 9 intensity levels in each mode.
• You can adjust strength separately depending on what feels comfortable.
Noise Level
• Around 47 to 50 dB.
• Louder than very quiet wearables but quieter than traditional wall pumps (if using a moderate setting).
• Shakes especially at higher settings.
Extra Features
• Lightweight cups that sit inside the bra
• Optional app for tracking pumping sessions
My thoughts: I LOVE that it isn’t as many parts— just 3 pieces. What I don’t love is how much it shakes as you can the vacuum strength. I mean this thing can get LOUD. I used the OG freestyle flex (still pill shape) with my 2nd baby in 2021 and really liked that one. This one is still great for the cup option but just mainly find that this pump would work better for a mom who mainly nurses (just my opinion). Bluetooth and app is a nice add on but I do love the simplicity of pumps that just have stimulation and expression mode making it so easy to be used manually. Paired with Willow inserts and passes elastic tissue recommendation. (:
Momcozy S9 Pro Wearable Pump
Price
• Typically around $120 USD
What’s Included
• Two pump motors
• Two milk collection cups
• Two flanges
• Flange inserts (17, 19, & 21 mm)
• Duckbill valves
• Diaphragms
• USB-C charging cables

Milk Capacity
• Holds about 6 ounces per side. (more like 8 oz)
• Good for most pumping sessions without needing to stop.
Suction Strength
• Adjustable suction up to about 280 mmHg.
Modes
• Includes two pumping modes:
• Stimulation
• Expression
Noise Level
• 50 decibels.
• Generally blends into normal background noise without being too loud.
Extra Features
• Auto shut-off after 30 min
My thoughts: This is not a bad pump for the price. The pump motor sits on top which isn’t my favorite part but with everything that it comes with for the price you are getting, I would encourage you to put this on your radar if you are looking for a budget friendly wearable pump. The motors do feel a bit heavy. I paired these with Willow inserts and liked them. Long tunnel makes these elastic tissue approved. I have found these as low as $95 USD on TikTok shop. Great for moms who don’t depend on wearbles too much but for here and there use. Would not recommend as the ONLY pump you use if you exclusively pump. Overall a steal for the price.

My thoughts:
One of the few wearables covered by MOST insurances. The marketing on the fact that it’s covered by insurance is HEAVY. Which let me clarify, is not a bad thing. I just know a brand new mom will look at that versus a Spectra and automatically go for the wearables. Which again, wearables should usually be your secondary pumps. I would’ve done the same thing. This pump does have complaints of motor dying out over time but when I used it the suction was actually really good. I paired these with Willow inserts and they were comfortable and I pumped out my usual amount. They were comfortable for me! I don’t think it needs all 4 features but I digress and will leave that up to the reader to decide.

• Uses either single-use milk storage bags (for leak-proof pumping in any position) or reusable containers sold separately.
Milk Capacity
• Standard about 5 ounces per side when using included bags/containers.
• Some moms use reusable containers instead of bags (sold separately).

• Maximum suction up to about 245 mmHg.
Modes and Intensity Levels
• Adjustable suction up to 7 levels.
• Modes typically include a basic stimulation and expression pattern controlled through the app.

My thoughts: I absolutely loved this pump. Before I became a lactation professional I used these pumps when I was a fine dining server years ago. As I had to turn around tables and run drinks, I also knew time was money. I needed to pump for my 8 month old. But just know that there are laws in place for your workplace mandating employers to allocate reasonable time for a mom to pump (without retaliation) it is YOUR RIGHT. And I was offered accommodations. But like I mentioned, time was money. I would wear these as I would do table side desserts as well as flambés. It was awesome. But despite it working out for me I know and have heard stories of it not working for others. A lot of it has to do with the fact that it is a constant suction pump. Similar to the magic in bra, the flange size here is so important. The run down of it is due to the constant pressure of your nipple being pulled with this pump, using an insert as close to your natural nipple (NOT areola) size matters. Seek professional lactation support from a lactation professional well versed in breast pumps for this. The only way for this pump to be 360 is by using the bags (which gets expensive). But you do have an option for container use. App friendly. I HIGHLY recommend making sure you look at other reviews from professionals so you know this is the pump you want (as there may be a learning period).

My thoughts: This pump is great. Just like the S9 pro, very easy to pump together. The motor sits on top as well but is lighter in weight than the S9 pro. Again, due to price, it is such an awesome choice. If I HAD TO pick between this one and the S9 pro, I am leaning more towards this one. Also has a double seal which reduces spillage unlike the S9 pro. As you have read from the others, these paired with Willow inserts have been chef’s kiss. Making it elastic tissue approved by me!

My thoughts: This pump is currently as the same rank as the m9. They are also very similar, but I do find the Elvie easier to maneuver. AND the Elvie worked better for me. I was surprised. If I had an extra shelf to install in my shelving system (getting a whole new system soon) it would be 1 more on top of the m9 but still staying on the same shelf rank due to price (look at my “The Shelf” highlight on IG). I used these short maymom 19 mm inserts. For Elvie specifically, the inserts must be short due to it being a shorter tunnel. It wasn’t bad honestly just not my favorite but it is quiet which is awesome and slim. Is it elastic tissue approved? It’s hard to say, I have pretty elastic tissue but did great with this pump with the inserts mentioned. BUT if you do have this and have elasticity like no other, there is a hack to help make the tunnel longer. Go to my ‘Hacks’ highlight on Instagram. You basically use the 28 mm flnage (square) from Elvie, insert a 24 mm spare breast shield flange from Legendairy milk and use your size (think willow) insert. I have had clients use this hack and say it works great. But again, just all depends. Another thing to note is this is best for moms who sit in an office space where they will mostly be upright. In March of 2025, Willow bought Elvie. Since then I have barely heard anyone mention the Elvie products much.
