My Top Prime Day Pump Picks

Willow Go

Prime Price: $244.99 USD (Orig. $350)

Type: Wearable and rechargeable
Suction Strength: Up to 280 mmHg
Battery Life: Around 5 pumping sessions per charge
Capacity: 5 ounces per side (with option to buy 7 oz containers)
Why Moms Love It: The Willow Go is fully hands-free and cordless, fitting directly into your bra with a secure-ish seal to help prevent leaks. It connects to the Willow app for easy session tracking and milk output monitoring. The suction feels smooth and consistent with it’s unique design unlike other pumps.

Why I love it/ my thoughts: I feel these pumps paired with the Willow inserts are great for elastic nipples. The company alone holds themselves to a higher standard unlike your other white listing pump companies. My only complaint with this is that doing the fridge hack is nearly impossible with this pump as the parts

eufy S1 Pro

Price: $249.99 USD (Orig. $350)

Type: Wearable with self-warming collection cups
Suction Strength: Up to 300 mmHg
Battery Life: About 150 minutes
Noise Level: Extremely quiet
Highlights: The Eufy S1 Pro stands out for its built-in warming feature that gently heats the milk container for added comfort. The eufy baby app makes easy to personalize sessions with the new DIY function. Moms appreciate how discreet it feels under clothing and how efficiently it expresses milk without discomfort. With the added bonus of a portable charging case. Making on the go pumping, accessible and a breeze.

Why I love it/my thoughts: The s1 Pro is the first of it’s kind to hit the market with heat flow technology and a portable charging case. Changing the standards of usual wearable breast pumps and in my opinion disrupting the market (in a good way). Demanding more of what a wearable pump should be. Unlike the e20, this pump offers a variety of heat flow temperatures you can choose from. I like pairing them with Willow inserts as I have elastic nipples. Definitely a top recommendation as price includes breast pumps AND case.

eufy e20

Price: $139.99 (Orig. $200)

Type: Wearable and compact
Suction Strength: Up to 280 mmHg
Modes: Massage and Expression, 9 levels
Battery Life: 120 minutes
Why Moms Love It: The E20 is the simpler version of the S1 Pro but still offers strong, gentle suction and a comfortable fit WITH heat flow technology. It’s lightweight, discreet, and perfect for moms looking for a reliable wearable pump that doesn’t break the bank.

Why I love it/my thoughts: Very similar to the s1 Pro minus the added heat levels to pick from and charging case. The price point itself is making this pump one of the most budget friendly wearable pumps to choose from. If you’re on a budget yet still want heat flow technology, this is an amazing option. I use these a lot and pair them with Willow inserts. With this combo, I find this pump great for those with elastic nips.

Spectra S1 & Spectra S2

Price: S1- $173 (Orig. $200) | S2- $138 (Orig. $159)

Type: Hospital-grade electric pumps
Suction Strength: Up to 270 mmHg
Battery: S1 is rechargeable & portable, S2 must stay plugged in
Highlights: Both Spectra pumps are known for their hospital-grade power and gentle suction that mimics a baby’s natural rhythm. The S1 gives more mobility with its rechargeable battery, while the S2 is great for home use. Both feature a closed system and easy-to-clean parts.

Why I love it/ my thoughts: If you’re someone on a mission to dedicate time and resources to optimize or increase supply or even perhaps re-lactate, these are the pumps you need. While these are usually covered with insurance, these are considered primary pumps and will usually* work better and more efficiently than a wearable breast pump. (Though I know everyone is different). If you had to pick one, the S1 would be my go to. If you’re on a budget, the S2 is a good option and is hackable to be portable. Go to my “Hacks” highlight on IG: themilknest for more info on this. Most moms are not 21-24+ mm in flnage size. Find your flange size in hard flanges for Spectra here. You might notice different pumps have different suction levels measured in mmHg (millimeters of mercury). For example, a Spectra might say 270 mmHg while a wearable pump says 280 mmHg, but don’t worry too much about the numbers. Higher suction doesn’t always mean a better pump. It’s really about how comfortable it feels and how well it works for you. Each of these pumps is designed to be effective at their own suction levels, so it’s all about finding what’s comfortable and convenient for you.

Spectra Synergy Gold Portable

Price: $239.99 (Orig. $300)

Type: Portable double electric
Suction Control: Dual motors with independent settings
Battery Life: Up to 3 hours
Highlights: 270 mmHg. This model allows separate suction control on each side, making it ideal for moms who produce differently from breast to breast. The compact design, quiet motor, and customizable settings make it a favorite among exclusive pumpers.

Why I love it/my thoughts: I loved this pump. Especially because I could change suction levels and adjust each side. For example, I could go up to level 11-12 for my left but my right could only tolerate level 7-8. My con: the pill shape is a bit bulky even while it’s portable. You may need a fanny type bag to move this around. Overall really liked it.

Momcozy s12 Pro

Price: $111.99 (Orig. $140.)

Type: Wearable and cordless
Suction Strength: Up to 280 mmHg
Modes: Massage and Expression
Battery Life: 100–120 minutes
Why Moms Love It: The Momcozy S12 is a best-seller for its affordability and convenience. It fits comfortably inside most bras, is easy to clean, and collects up to 6 ounces per session. A great option for moms returning to work or those wanting a portable, budget-friendly choice.

Why I love it/my thoughts: Great for those on a super tight budget. I would suggest pairing with Willow inserts instead of the ones that come with it.

Baby Buddha 2.0

Price: $168 (Orig. $210)

Type: Compact and portable
Suction Strength: Up to 320 mmHg
Battery Life: Around 90 minutes
Compatibility: Works with most flange and cup systems
Why Moms Love It: The Baby Buddha is tiny but extremely powerful. The suction is strong and quick to empty, making it ideal for moms who pump frequently or have limited time. Its size makes it easy to wear on a lanyard or clip for mobility.

Why I love it/my thoughts: This pump is strong. Last time I tried it, I could only go up to level 2-3 the most. Please keep this in mind. Overall the portability is a great factor to consider.

Price: $22 (Orig. $28) lameeeeeee sale lol but still a good manual

Type: Manual and single-hand
Capacity: 5 ounces you can buy 8 oz medela bottles
Highlights: A simple, reliable option for quick relief or occasional pumping. It’s lightweight, affordable, and easy to clean. Moms love keeping it in a diaper bag for emergencies or travel days.

Why I love it/my thoughts: As stated above, it’s great for emergencies and fast relief of engorgement (if all other matters to relieve engorgement fail). Some moms empty better with a manual. I am not one of them but these pumps are still note worthy to mention.
